Intern will help:Support management of European employee award programs

• Support preparation and analyses of the field force sizing and promotion optimization processes


• Manage the European Sales Cycle Meeting calendar


• Manage sales training content on the My University platform


• Manage European Commercial Excellence Mylan internal web site

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:

• Currently studying for or recently graduated with Master's degree (preferably in Economics / Business Administration / Sales and Marketing).


• Work experience from previous internships is required. Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly appreciated.


• Ability to work independently and communicate with multiple stakeholders within the organization at an international and multicultural level. Work under strict deadlines. 


• Analytical, organizational and team-working skills are required.


• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.


• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required. Another EU language is considered a plus.

The position ofCommercial Excellence Internis 40% - 70% (flexible to be agreed with the candidate) and the duration would be 1 year. After the end of the internship various opportunities may arise to prolong the experience based on needs, availability and performance.

 

This position is part of Commercial Excellence team based in the EU HQ in Switzerland. The head office is based in Steinhausen (canton of Zug).
