About us

We are looking for you as our new Clinical Trial Leader (m/f). In this role you will be part of our Clinical Operations team. The position is on a temporary basis for a period of around 6 months, based in Basel, Switzerland and reports to the Head Clinical Research Europe.

Your tasks

• Study management for a selected portfolio of Company Sponsored Studies in Europe according to ISO 14155 and regional requirements, from study protocol development to close-out and reporting, perform CRA tasks occasionally


• Study management and oversight over a selected portfolio of Investigator Initiated Studies


• Be the main contact for study sites and manage relationships with investigators and study teams


• Manage external service providers (Contract Research Organizations, Statisticians, etc.)


• Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders (Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, etc.)

Your profile

• MSc/PhD in life science or related field


• Track record of minimum 3 years in Clinical Research, preferably with Medical Devices (ISO 14155)


• Self-motivated person with an efficient, pragmatic and structured working style, high level of agility and customer-focused mindset


• Ability to work both independently and integrated into a team, high degree of integrity and reliability


• Strong interpersonal skills and proactivity to cultivate professional relationships within an innovative matrix organization and external stakeholders


• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, additional languages are an asset


• Willingness to travel within Europe (appr. 10-20%)
