The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG is a joint venture company established with the purpose of planning, developing and building the TAP natural gas pipeline. TAP’s shareholding is comprised of BP (20%), SNAM (20%), SOCAR (20%), Fluxys (19%), Enagás (16%) and Axpo (5%).


This function is placed within the Company Secretariat and Shareholder Management function. In this role you work closely together with the Manager of the Company Secretariat and Shareholder Management in order to ensure transparent and efficient communications with the Board and Shareholders. Together with the Manager of the Company Secretariat this function supports the Managing Director and President with aligning business strategy and business processes, identifying opportunities, and driving innovation within various project topics.


The main responsibilities include:



  • Advise Management on Shareholder communications and Shareholder’s positions

  • Provide coordination and support meetings and events for the Board, Board committees, Leadership Team meetings and all associated workshops, e.g. preparing agenda, action list, pre-reads, minutes of meeting etc

  • Responsible for the preparation, attendance, minuting and follow-up of the Project Review Committee meetings and its workgroups

  • Execute and lead ad-hoc internal projects independently, e.g. draft position papers on strategic issues 

  • Prepare presentation and management documents regarding strategic topics

  • Responsible for the set up and maintenance of the Shareholders’ and Leadership Team SharePoint sites;

  • Provide the Leadership Team and the shareholders with an integrated view of project activities including. collecting, organising, and analysing data

  • Deputise for the Manager Company Secretariat in her / his absence


Experience required:



  • 10 years of experience in an international company

  • 5 years’ experience in the energy (gas) industry would be an asset

  • 5 years’ experience in the Company Secretarial arena


Languages:



  • English - essential

  • Italian, Albanian or Greek (useful not essential)


Education:


 



  • University/Higher education degree required, postgraduate education desired

  • Memeber of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (not essential)
