What's the role?


As a Project Manager in Corporate Research & Technology you drive innovation thru mechatronics. Explore your great ideas and implement them into new mechatronic systems with business opportunities. You will closely collaborate with internal colleagues from Marketing and Development.

What does the role involve?


In this challenging role you identify opportunities with relevant business potential in collaboration with Marketing and Development departments. You demonstrate new product concepts and mechatronic functions using functional prototypes. As a project manager, you define and implement research and technology projects. You are responsible to deliver the projects within the quality, costs and schedule targets and to establish a sound project governance structure. You lead an interdisciplinary project team and take over tasks personally, per your technical expertise. Regular alignment with different stakeholders is key to bring the projects to success.

What you need is:



  • Master degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering with relevant work experience, PhD preferred

  • Solid knowledge in several of the following fields: sensors, signal analysis, machine dynamics, control, electronics, machine learning

  • Proven project management skills

  • Creative and innovative mindset with strong drive for results and high standard of performance

  • Strong moderation, communication and presentation skills in English, further languages are beneficial
