The foundation of our business is the Research product which is leveraged across all four business lines.

In April 2013, the combination of Kepler and Cheuvreux created a multi-local equity brokerage powerhouse in Europe with services in Research, Distribution, Sales Trading, Trading, SmartConnect, ETFs, Corporate Brokerage and Research & Execution services to European retail networks.

Kepler Cheuvreux has established a unique European Platform in Equity Capital Markets through strategic partnerships with five European leading banks (UniCredit, Crédit Agricole CIB, Rabobank, Swedbank & Belfius).

The company is present in fourteen major financial centers, including North America. This unique business model allows our analysts to be close to the companies which they research and our sales people to be close to their clients. We would like to build a first monitoring tool that would automatically capture daily information on various websites and store it in a web-based application. These web crawlers will be specified by industrial sector so that the relevant data will be accessible.

Responsibilities

As part of its strategy to strengthen its M&A and Corporate Finance platform, the Kepler Corporate Finance team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals to join the adventure. As a member of the M&A team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions:

• Researching and analysing company and industry data
  


• Preparing lists of potential targets and opportunities
  


• Performing financial modelling and company valuations
  


• Drafting client presentations and transaction materials
  


• Assisting in the execution of deals
  

Profile & Skills 

• Student in Grande Ecole or Masters programs 


• Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, audit, strategy consulting) would be appreciated but is not a prerequisite


• Advanced IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint) 


• Strong analytical and numerical skills 


• Highly motivated, hardworking and able to meet deadlines 


• Dynamic and enthusiastic team player willing to work within a small entrepreneurial team


• Fluent spoken and written English 

Internships will start both in October 2018 and January 2019.
