Objective

In this role you will be in contact with the local finance population, working with the Group Business Process Owner (BPO) and taking ownership in various activities of SAP implementation & ongoing business support.


Responsibility

Participate in the SAP implementation of the new entities:



  • Perform first run of testing and support local users with their testing

  • Train the finance and controlling population on the processes

  • Ensure change request are properly documented and validated

  • Work with the local entities on cutover and migration activities

  • Support the users during Go Live and Hypercare


Support business operations



  • Help local key users and end users with their questions on SAP process

  • In partnership with the IT support help to resolve issues on the system

  • Work with local key users on preparing new business needs

  • Train Finance & Controlling community on SAP and share best practices

  • Share best practices

  • Report to BPO any deviation to group processes and propose improvements 


Requirements

Functional skills:



  • First experience as Financial Controller (Sales Office / Manufacturing) or GL accountant, including exposure to Management Accounting

  • Advance knowledge in SAP (FI, CO)



    • FI GL, AP, AR, AA

    • Month-end close

    • Planning

    • Product costing is a plus


  • Understanding of the integration main financial process flows:



    • Procure to Pay (including PR - PO)

    • Order to Cash (including Credit & Collection)


  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access)


 


Personal skills:



  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

  • Proactive and independent self-starter

  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills. (communication with local management)

  • Positive and open minded attitude

  • Ability to deliver effective and clear training

  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively with multiple legal Entities and Business Units in an international environment

  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)


Education and Experience:



  • University degree in economics / finance / accounting / IT or equivalent

  • Confirmed experience as SAP KU FI or CO modules

  • 5-8 year experience
