The BA CoE Program Leader is accountable for planning, building, operating and continuously improving the ATLAS, HR analytics and reporting capabilities, delivered in the form of a shared service. This position is accountable for implementing and running systems for ATLAS, HR people analytics platforms, financial and management reporting, continuous operational reporting as well as for implementing and maintaining master data and data quality in group analytical applications. In addition to ATLAS & HR people analytics, this individual is also responsible for business analytics practice management to group functions.

Aufgaben :


The scope of the role is improving the maturity of processes through building of capabilities and leveraging more integrated systems in:
• Master data and data quality in ATLAS & People analytics
• Business Intelligence, Reporting ( ATLAS, Country BW, BO, Power BI, Advance analytics)
• Establish lean delivery model for ATLAS & People analytics
• Functional staff who provides the subject matter expertise in the above processes support this role.
• Success in this role occurs when users are actively using data and systems in improving business results. As such the role extends beyond systems, instead catering to users’ needs in learning data flows, data models and training on systems. Where needed, the role leads efforts in building practical performance management frameworks for units to drive their business outcomes.

Strategy Support (Global & Regional)
• Lead the development and execution of the global systems such as ATLAS , HR People analytics, regional business information warehouse platforms to support operational and BI reporting needs
• Improve on the scalability of existing Business Intelligence (BI) and advance analytics infrastructure in the global.
• Drive the maturity of BI in the BA CoE organization (user & functional team)
• Support the controlling community in building an Enterprise Performance Framework and implement it on the ATLAS and other group systems.
• Ensuring compliance and security to Group IS standards and procedures.
• Partner with BEM/DDM to manage demand.

Stakeholder Management (Global)
• Engage in dialogue with the executives, line managers, and end users regarding pertinent business information needs and activities in user-friendly language.
• Jointly with the BEM, PEX, COE and EA departments to support their effort in driving a performance culture in businesses.
• Orchestrate adequate and effective training for management, analysts and end users.

People Management and Development (Global)
• Lead and coach the ATLAS/BA CoE team in building the needed skill sets and career progression.
• Lead the ATLAS/Group analytics team to execute the analytics strategy across the group, region, incl. all acquired companies.
• Manage cross-countries based ATLAS delivery team, e.g. including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development and evaluation.
• Maintain a business oriented and customer-focused team.
• Build network of trust and collaboration with SMEs, BPOs and business analysts.

Project Management
• Oversee project execution to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the business on reporting needs from operation technology, and provide live solutions to operations.
• Coordinates activities with BEM/DDM to ensure dependencies between projects are managed according to business value priorities.
• Involvement in production, OPEX, cost of poor quality and focus on data related to the overall project life cycle.

Additional Responsibilities
• Manage analytics shared service for Finance/HR.
• Liaise with ERP/App CoE & EA to ensure tight integration of solutions and data flows.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis services, mainly to support compliance and integration efforts
• Plan and deliver within the budget for the BA CoE team.
• Managing the respective parts of the function aligned to the given goals compliant to the ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and applicable ABB Group Initiative, Directives and ABB Group Guidelines.
• Defining and managing the Service Level Agreement(s) for all deployed services.
• Being member of the BA CoE IS Leadership team.
• Leading the ATLAS/Group analytics governance boards


Anforderungen:


Requirements

This position requires a senior leader with communication skills, executive presence, technology and deep business knowledge. Specific competencies requires are: Starting and executing change, building a team, building and agreeing the information management strategy.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years’ experience in IT positions, with a specific focus on technologies for information management (SAP & Microsoft) with ERP systems experience in a global industrial manufacturing analytics experience. SAP is preferred.
• Experience in leading big data analytics initiatives.
• 5+ years of proven track record of managing international and virtual teams.
• 5 years of hands on experience in developing global analytics solution by integrating data from 60+ countries
• Experience in building and supporting enterprise performance management frameworks.
• Experience in formulating information management strategies and supporting application roadmaps.
• Excellent process knowledge and experience in implementing processes and organizations across multiple domains, (e.g. SAP ERP, BI, business applications, operations applications, etc.).
• Significant experience in stakeholder management at senior management level as well as operational levels in an international context.
• Ability to travel up to 15% both regionally and globally.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and matrixed environment.
• Change Agent / Change Leader with strong Business Acumen.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
