Growth Manager
Location: St. Gallen, Switzerland

As a Growth Manager you play a key role in defining growth initiatives for our “low touch market” (LTM; SaaS self-service customers). You assess new opportunities and scale our business by acquiring new customers across the globe. You execute your own ideas and manage your own growth actions – including measurement and reporting.

Your Tasks

One single metric: increase signups in our LTM segment

• Gain a deep understanding of our LTM business drivers


• Define and execute all types of growth initiatives on various channels in a high pace


• Continuously test new acquisition channels – in a result oriented way


• Create great content for your initiatives (in English)


• Monitor market, participate in brand- and design communities, analyse needs

Your Skills

You are a creative and clever “doer”.

• You've heard about Growth Hacking.


• You're proficient in English (speaking & writing).


• You're goal and result oriented (a pragmatic “doer”).


• You're creative, curious, and have an adventurous mindset.


• Persistence: You don’t stop after failing the first 100 experiments.


• You're familiar with B2B SaaS products – or a quick learner.
