WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Your main duties will include the following:
- Overseeing some functional areas of www.SWAROVSKI.com with a particular focus on checkout, payment and account/loyalty integration and ensuring a unified approach to
e-Commerce Project & Process Management
- Responsibility to specify software requirements and drive assigned functional areas and technical projects in close collaboration with internal and external partners to bring these topics to the next level in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and/or competitive advantage
- Continuously developing and enhancing www.SWAROVSKI.com processes and ensuring that the target achievements are reached
- Being the main counterpart to the IT and UX departments and ensuring that core topics & related projects are executed within schedule, scope and budget
- Nurturing a test and learn culture to consistently optimize the front-end with respect to user experience and conversion
- Fully supporting Quality Assurance processes and teams
WHAT WE EXPECT
A highly driven, flexible team-player, who brings along the following background:
- Completed education, preferably in Information Technology or Business Information Technology
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position, with a proven technical and strong eCommerce background
- Knowledge of SAP Hybris is desirable
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and excellent communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with stakeholders on all organizational levels
- Can-do attitude and stress-resilience
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), any additional languages a plus
