lead the business analysis team for all project activities

provide strategic view on the design and project planning
identify opportunities for IT and business process improvements
assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
facilitate and support the transition of change programs into run-the-bank

Your team:
You’ll be working in the area Credit Risk Change which has team Business Analysis members in multiple UBS office locations. The team supports the delivery of Change-the-Bank projects. As a part of this team you would act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales
Your expertise:
You have
a degree in banking and finance, economics, engineering or similar subject
previous business analysis experience in the financial industry, ideally relating to the area of Credit Risk, Risk Control, Wealth Management, Retail or Corporate business, and implementing regulatory projects
business excellence and process analysis / mapping knowledge
understanding of the UBS environment would be a plus
You are
strong in communication and management skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders and lead the team activities
highly organized and able to work independently in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
a teamplayer who likes to work and coordinate activities in different areas
