Project Assistant Development

The Opportunity


As the Project Assistant in Development you are assisting the Process Manager in the development process from idea generation to first production. You’re working closely with the development team and you are ensuring that the team is able to meet its targets and timings. You will coordinate development of all products including calendar management, product specifications and sourcing communication. 


Key responsibilities include:



  • Acting as main point of support to the Process Manager

  • Ensure accurate input entries into product data management system

  • Coordinate and ensure smooth preparation for meetings, presentations etc.

  • Work on administrative tasks. E.g. calendar maintenance, smooth processes internal requests etc.

  • Participate/help out in ad-hoc projects within the product development team

  • Strong attention to details and accuracy is very important

  • Ability to work with different points of contacts internally 

  • A passionate self-starter who is ready to take on a new challenge and who’s eager to expand his/her horizon

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)

  • And last but not least: You love sports just as much as we do
