The Opportunity

On is a brand driven by exceptional design. This means we give great importance to how we communicate through photographic and video outputs. We are looking for an art director to support these works through our Brand Design Team. You’ll be responsible for detailed concept development, moodboards, execution and production of campaign-related photo shoots. You’ll brief the photographer, organize and be on the shoot, making sure the highest quality is obtained and the brand message is delivered. You’ll be responsible for smaller video shoots and production, and coordinate bigger video shoots with the production companies.

Key responsibilities include:

• You’ll be responsible for detailed concept development, moodboards, execution and production of campaign-related photo shootings


• You’ll brief the photographer, organize and be present on the shooting, making sure the highest quality is obtained and the brand message is delivered


• You’ll be responsible for smaller video shootings and production, and coordinate bigger video shoots together with the production companies


• You'll translate the broader concept of a marketing campaign into a target audience specific visual output


• You'll be working in an environment that plays with a vibrant combination of different styles


• You'll be responsible to deliver our brand message to our customers in a way that is outstanding but still straightforward

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:

• You have a background in videography, motion design or photography, and you bring not only 3 years’experience as an Art Director but also a strong network of talented photographers/videographers


• You have an excellent visualisation capacity and a talent toturnconcepts into images without loosing sight of our target audience, our customers or customers-to-be
  


• Your portfolio demonstratesthat you have worked on mid-scale photo- and video shoots and that you are able to work on different visual styles
  


• You are a verystrong communicator who loves to share ideas and make them grow together with the team


• You love being on set and taking hands-on and operational tasks


• You look at every project as an opportunity, no matter its budget or scope


• Your work is influenced by the style of vibrant cities such as Berlin, London, Copenhagen, New York or Tokyo
