Key Account Coordinator

Your tasks



  • You support and develop the client service team in planning the strategic development of our key accounts as well as driving day-to-day activities to implement the strategy.

  • You are responsible for the planning of sales activities and you drive the account plan by using selected methods and procedures.

  • You work closely with the Lead Partners on assigned accounts and have accountability for implementing client service plans.

  • You manage the process to identify relevant client and market intelligence and are to translate this into meaningful opportunities for client interactions that create value for the client (e.g. change of management, acquisitions, strategy, competition, and other market intelligence vis-à-vis PwC know-how and industry solutions).

  • You connect with PwC teams globally, build networks, identify solutions and jointly develop tailored solutions for the client.

  • You support the PwC teams to prepare and conduct client meetings at all management levels.

  • You are responsible for managing the client feedback and client satisfaction process.

  • You work together with a network of highly talented and skilled experts and sit at the centre of all activities.


Your profile



  • You have a university degree (minimum Bachelor).

  • You have minimum 4 years of work experience in a sales environment and have a good understanding of client relationship management.

  • You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • You are fluent in English and German

  • You have a team-oriented style, you take on responsibility and you have a flexible and adaptable working style.
