RBS Services (Switzerland) Ltd is an IT services and operations processing provider for Private Banking entities of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Our experienced teams are dedicated, determined and enthusiastic in using their capability and drive for innovation to design, build, maintain and run the delivery of an exceptional and sustainable service to Private Banking clients.
The RBS Private Banking entities offer high net worth clients a comprehensive range of private banking, wealth planning and investment management services through the Coutts and Adam & Co brands as well as to designated NatWest and RBS clients in the UK and internationally. To anticipate and respond to changing client demand, there is a growing emphasis on delivering a full range of innovative digital services.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for someone who combines comprehensive knowledge of the Treasury domain and wider banking industry, with solid experience managing Avaloq platform, and a proven track record of managing technology development, change and service delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible to deliver IT industry standard services to the Investment Product & Platform


• Providing leadership across the function and team, driving performance, building technical capability and developing talent.


• Managing multi-disciplinary project across multiple locations and geographies


• Supporting regulatory topics implementation as well as innovation projects


• Enabling close collaboration with our business stakeholders and subject matter experts


• Supporting business requirement analysis, technology requirement specifications and design options

• Stakeholder management


• Avaloq Core Banking experience in Treasury products which include Fixed Income, FX & Interest Rate Derivatives


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Solid banking know how


• Strong English, German beneficial

Required Experience:

• Master of Economics and Information Technology or similar education with relevant work experience


• Experience in managing people


• 5+ years in Business Analysis and consulting with banking stakeholders


• 3+ years in Investment and/or Private Banking (Education also preferable)


• 5+ years of experience of Avaloq project in the Treasury area (preferred)


• Working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers
