The Opportunity

Our team is expanding with the huge growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle payroll process on a global basis. This includes collaboration and coordinating with our payroll external partners


• Coordinate and maintain benefits schemes on a global basis in collaboration with our external payroll partners


• Assist the HR Business Partner team with any payroll related process, administrative execution, and also general HR topics


• Act as interface between HR and Finance


• Set-up and manage company car policy


• Assist with our international mobility strategy and special cases

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:

• 3+ years of experience in an Payroll or HR generalist role, preferably in an international, fast paced
  environment


• A team player with an entrepreneurial mind-set that thrives when being challenged


• Strong operational mindset with attention to details and a can-do attitude


• Enthusiasm about identifying opportunities to optimize administrative processes and make them come to live


• Enjoys working at the interface between two key functions of internal support: talent & finance


• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people as well as our external partners


• Fluent in German and English (both, verbally and written)
