You will be part of the industrialization team, responsible to transfer new designs into production effectively. You are the interface between hardware development and the production team. Your solutions will be employed by thousands of customers in challenging robotics applications worldwide.
Responsibilities
Design and manufacture parts and tools to effectively build and test our drones, payloads and accessories
Monitor error rates at different assembly stages and improve associated test methods
Identify upcoming production issues early and define measures to resolve them
Ensure efficient manufacturability by applying Design for Manufacturing/Assembly concepts
Identify and evaluate suppliers for industrialization, coordinating with Buyers and Supply Chain Manager
Interface with hardware and software engineering team to ensure tight integration of electromechanical systems
Create and maintain technical documentation and assembly diagrams
Requirements
University degree or degree in mechanical engineering or microtechnic
2+ years experience working as industrialization engineer, preferably in a robotic field
Fluent in spoken and written English
Familiar with common 3D CAD software
Familiar with building electronic test setups

Track record in production ramp up phases for complex electromechanical products
Existing supplier network
Fluent in spoken and written German
