The Leisure Sales Switzerland unit has commercial responsibility for the revenues from B2B leisure sales accounts (such as tour operators, consolidators and travel agencies) in our Swiss home market. Through contractual agreements, strategic account development, customer portfolio optimization and direct customer contacts, we ensure that sustainable revenues are generated and that full advantage is taken of all available business potential for the Lufthansa Group and our joint-venture airline partners.
As the “Face to the Customer” of the Lufthansa Group in market Switzerland, we safeguard the Group’s business interests and implement its overall sales and distribution strategy by conducting a partnerly, fair and open dialogue with our customers. We further collect market feedback and our clients’ needs in order to create and develop customer centric solutions.
As our Leisure Account Executive, the prime focus of your work will be managing, operationally steering and strategically developing the assigned Leisure Sales account portfolio. You will be entrusted with analytical, conceptual and specific account management tasks that are designed to optimize our revenues and to implement the sales and distribution strategy. Further, you will take responsibility for cross-functional topics within the unit and towards various interfaces within SWISS and LHG.
