Job Description


lm group is looking for a Social Customer Care Support for its Customer department based in Chiasso.


Main responsibilities will be:



  • Daily monitoring of comments received online and take action

  • Tracking and reporting on customer service performance levels across Social Media

  • Support and develop projects to improve the Customer Experience and Reputation

  • Analyse and report on KPIs


Qualifications


Essential



  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to work across multiple departments

  • Fluent in both English and Italian (knowledge of a third language such as French or German is useful)

  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot, vlookups, ifs functions, etc.


Desirable



  • Experience in customer-facing environment

  • Passion for Customer Experience and Online Reputation
