Our Account Management Switzerland unit bears commercial responsibility for the revenues from our corporate customers, business agents and distribution partners in our Swiss home market. In this capacity we work to cultivate our business with large and medium-sized local corporate clients, business travel agency chains and individual business travel agencies.
Through contractual agreements, strategic further development, winning new clients and (not least) direct customer contacts we ensure that sustainable revenues are generated and that full advantage is taken of all available potential for the Lufthansa Group and our joint-venture airline partners.
As the “Customer Face” of the Lufthansa Group in the Swiss market, we safeguard the Group’s business interests and implement its overall sales and distribution strategy by conducting a partnerly, fair and open dialogue with our clients. We further formulate the market’s and our clients’ wishes and requirements of the Lufthansa Group, to channel these into its distribution strategy and distribution programme design.
As our Sales Executive Corporates – Western Switzerland, you will be entrusted with analytical, conceptual and specific key account management tasks that are designed to optimize our revenues. Your duties here will extend over various areas of our distribution, with a particular emphasis on key account management for local corporate clients.
