About us

We are looking for you as our new Team Leader Exception (NCR/CAPA) & Internal Audit Management (m/f). In this role, you will be the Team Leader of one employee. The focus of this position will be to ensure that objectives related to the quality system are fulfilled, worldwide implemented and documented. For the collaboration crossfunctional with manufacturing sites & sales subsidiaries, we expect strong communication and collaboration skills. You should be a customer focused and team oriented professional with a proactive can-to attitude. The position is based in Basel, Switzerland and reports to the Head of Corporate Quality System.

Your tasks

• Act as a corporate business process owner of the Exception (NCR/CAPA) and Quality Audit management process including the ownership of applicable corporate procedures, instructions and tools


• Ensure global process implementation in compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory quality requirements


• Lead corporate, internal and supplier quality management system audits according to corporate audit program


• Collect and maintain statistical data, identify trends and summarize in KPIs as appropriate to be periodically consolidated for Management Review


• Supporting 3rd party audits at headquarter Basel and all manufacturing sites


• Administration of quality system related topics to ensure system compliance, for example during external audits performed by Notified Bodies and authorities


• Supporting the Head of Corporate Quality System to ensure the effectiveness of the corporate QMS

Your profile

• Technical professional education or natural scientific graduate degree (FH, / University, ETH, etc.)


• Minimum of 2 years, professional experience in Quality Systems Management, preferably in medical device industry (ISO 13485:2016, ISO 19011 and FDA 21 CFR 820)


• Advanced Training as an EOQ Quality Professional and EOQ Quality System Manager desirable


• Versed in Application of MS-Office, SAP and document control systems


• Profound team leading and project management experience


• Fluent (written and spoken) in German and English


• Ability to work in an international matrix organization
