To strengthen our team in the Technology Group department we are looking for a Process Specialist Infant Formula as of now. In this position, you will optimize the production processes, implement new process standards and support the product specialist with your process knowledge during the industrialization of new products. Further, you will promote and strengthen our safety culture, hygiene rules and environmental policies. Key responsibilities
Drive improvement and optimization projects related to process technology with the aim to enhance safety, quality, cost, delivery, environmental impact and asset intensity
Support industrialization projects of new products
Manage the implementation of new processes/state-of the art processes in the factory including organization and supervision of test productions
Support operational departments to ensure consistent product quality
Education and experience
Master / Bachelor degree in Food Engineering/Technology
Creative, open-minded and innovative mentality
Communicative and team-oriented personality with high flexibility
Organization and coordination skills
Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
Strong user skills in MS Office
Great passion and interest in the food industry sector
Additional experience would be an advantage:
Knowledge of Infant Formulaproducts and processes
Experience within Nestlé Nutrition organization
MS-Project and SAP knowledge
