for Model-Based Controls of Heavy-Duty Propulsion Systems


Your tasks



  • Development of concepts for model-based controls of heavy-duty propulsion systems

  • Modelling of heavy-duty propulsion systems for the usage in SiL/HiL/MiL-environments

  • Development of model-based calibration strategies for existing and new PCU/ECU algorithms

  • Management (planning, coordination and execution) of measurement campaigns at the propulsion
    test benches and vehicles


Your profile



  • Graduate engineer, MSc or PhD, in the field of mechanical engineering with profound knowledge in
    the fields of model-based controls, modelling, simulation, and optimisation

  • Experience with modelling and controls of propulsion systems (combustion engines, aftertreatment
    systems, electrical propulsion systems, fuel cells, batteries, power electronics)

  • Professional programming skills, especially with Matlab/Simulink

  • You have very good English skills (spoken and written), some German and Italian skills desirable

  • You are a highly motivated self-starter and team-player with very good communication skills
