As a Global head of Engineering Electronics you will lead the central Electronics Engineering organization in charge of complex programs related to Devices and accessories, focusing on Critical Component Management, Brand ProtectionTracking & Tracing solutions, sustainability programs and Sustaining Engineering while ensuring continuous adherence to timelines, volumes, quality and costs. Specific responsibilities: • Propose solid technical solutions, processes and business opportunities to define the Device portfolio strategy in close collaboration with senior management • Act as an Engineering expert for projects such as emerging new technologies, innovation IT solutions, new acquisitions by providing full assessment on technical aspect, risk assessment and financial models with the objective of proposing mature productsprocesses • Establish and maintain an overall supervision of investments, equipment lifetime and cost improvement initiatives in close collaboration with the E-Hub Engineering team. • Drive initiation, development and deployment complex scientific, engineering or other functional projects and liaise with management on sustainability issues in PMI.
