TOFWERK develops high-precision analyzers for a range of applications, from environmental analysis to pharmaceutical research. We are seeking a motivated and reliable employee to lead our electronics production and production planning teams.   

Tasks

• Manage 3-4 person electronics production team


• Production process planning, scheduling, capacity, and sequence planning


• Cooperation with and support of production


• Maintaining inventory in ERP (AP Plus)

Required Skills

• Electronics technician


• Good communicator with leadership experience


• Analytical thinker, flexible, team player


• Independent, well-structured and goal-oriented working style

Aufgaben

• Leitung des Elektronik Produktionsteams (3-4 Personen).


• Produktionsprozessplanung, Termin-, Kapazitäts-, Reihenfolgeplanung, Feinterminierung


• Mitarbeit in der Produktion. Unterstützung der Produktion


• Mithilfe ERP, Inventur

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

• Elektroniker


• gute Auffassungsgabe


• zuverlässig, sorgfältig, effizient, belastbar


• Führungserfahrung erwünscht


• teamorientiert, kommunikativ


• Selbständige, präzise und saubere Arbeitsweise


• Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch wünschenswert
