The Front Line Leader is responsible for the development, implementation and
management of an effective Team, advises on matters of Safety, Quality, Delivery and
Cost as well as communicates and coordinates with internal and external organizations as
appropriate.
Your tasks
Guarantee for all employees a workplace that meets all Safety, Health and Environmental rules, regulations and requirements
Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and Airworthiness Authorities rules and regulations at all times
Assign employees to their jobs in accordance with engine/takt time planning and monitorlabour efficiency. Organize tools, equipment and work documentation as required
Maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning
Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to meet demand at all times. Focus on training and development needs for employees and department
Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow up with all employees. Apply the performance Management Process (PMP) and provide leadership with a focus on employee motivation
Use Lean Six Sigma (incl. Lean Events, 5S and Root Cause Analysis) as the process to achieve all targets
Manage Cell process to achieve cell key performance indicators (KPI). Report Cell KPI’s to COE leader regularly
Plan and execute efficiency improvements and cost reductions
Guarantee and organize as required the support from other departments across SR Technics and other stake holders
Your profile
Technical Education is required
Differenz Licenses inquired are desired
Managementcourse (SWISSMEM, Teamleader or equivalent) is required
>3 Years in a appropriate Position is desired, in Lean, Six Sigma, Processmanagement
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
