We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic new team member as

Office Manager 80% (Monday to Friday coverage in the morning needed)

This is a position which regards itself as a contact point, support and hub regarding responsibilities in organization, reception and office management/workplace management. The function belongs to an active team with a lot of drive and a get things done attitude providing a high service level quality.

Your Main Tasks

• Welcoming and providing hospitality for clients, visitors, subtenants and suppliers


• Operating the switchboard in German and English 


• Organizing catering for meetings and staff events in-house


• Office supply management including invoice review


• Interacting with utility providers as well as other suppliers


• Dealing with queries from all stakeholders of the company worldwide


• Apprentice Training (6 months a year)


• Project Management & trainings: co-leading the carbon neutrality program of the company worldwide; safety and health trainings

Your Experience and Skills

• Commercial education and 3-5 years’ experience in a similar function, preferable in the financial industry


• Proven high organizational and team-working qualities


• Ability to communicate and interact adequately with different stakeholders


• Service oriented, reliable, flexible and approachable


• Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications


• Excellent written and oral German and English skills, any other language is a plus


• An affinity with responsAbility’s specific business model
