ICT System Engineer Client Engineering (m/f)

We are looking for an ICT System Engineer Client Engineering (m/f) for the location Balzers in Liechtenstein or Pfäffikon in Switzerland. You support the client engineering-, antivirus team in order fulfill the required/defined SLA within the service catalogue.

Responsibilities

• Plan, engineer, control, monitor and maintain IT services for the operation


• Define and ensure that policies will be applied


• Troubleshooting and finding solutions. If required initiate recovery processes.


• Implement new released (release management)


• Testing, approve and rollout new solutions


• Monitoring system performance incl. performance tuning if required


• Ensure the operation of HW and SW


• Provide system documentation and system monitoring


• Support IT infrastructure projects


• Ensure information security of the IT services and accomplish the defined SLAs and security profiles


• Track actions and solutions into the trouble ticket system


• Support on duty service by following 7/24 support


• Collaboration with other teams, customers and suppliers

We expect

• You are computer scientist with a Bachelor or an equivalent degree


• You have several years of experience in administering Microsoft Client environments


• Good knowledge of MS Server/Client operating systems


• Good knowledge in OS staging, SW distribution with SCCM


• Several years of Experience in enterprise managed and administering Microsoft Client environments


• Knowledge of the Windows operating system environment


• Flexible in terms of use


• You are used to work in a global environment/team and you are customer- & service-oriented


• You have fluent communication skills in German and English
