- Develop and implement systematic and standardized reporting solutions within global and/or local product group, in addition to initiating and implementing appropriate optimization measures
- Manage cross-functional teams to resolve projected departmental/functional trade-offs and supply/ demand imbalances
- Establish process of continuous education to ensure broad organizational support and full alignment with our vision, strategy, and objectives
- Draw up improvements to the business landscape and related global applications through continuous benchmarking against best-in-class references
- Assist in coordinating Lean Six Sigma training and certification of local staff/management and act as mentor and coach to the organization
- Solid degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
- At least five years' experience in driving business process change within technical companies
- Experience in leading a team (direct reports)
- Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt (Green Belt or higher) desirable
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to nurture talent
