• designing and increasing efficiency of a multifaceted reporting infrastructure
• making use of smart technology to create reports with meaningful comments that tell the true story
• managing seamless flow of information between various systems and people
• testing and assessing quality of model changes
• collaborating with colleagues from all over the world and understand region specific needs and features
• comprehending the drivers of funding and liquidity position of UBS under various scenarios

Your team:
You'll be a part of the Group Treasury Modelling team, based in Zurich (Switzerland).
One of the major tasks of the Treasury Modelling team is the implementation, design and development of regulatory liquidity and funding models, such as Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR). But the team is focusing right now on the development and continuous improvement of consistent UBS internal liquidity and funding models. They are the key for a proper allocation of financial resources which supports UBS business divisions in taking informed decisions.
On top of the models we need a strong reporting backbone and high-speed network to send the function signals to the operating units and regulators. In your new role you would be part of the Treasury information hub that is responsible for supporting and enabling our colleagues in UBS Krakow Business Service Center to create reports on a daily basis and define new requirements. Your expertise:
• University degree in an analytical field like economics, finance, mathematics or information technology
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including presentation and data processing
• Understanding of banking and finance industry
• Ideally you have worked with databases already
• Alternatively you have proven track record in process management and enrich our team with fresh ideas
You are:
• fluent in English
• a strong communicator and very open minded
• keen on improving processes on an ongoing basis
