A PhD student position in the field of hepatocellular biology is available. The project is aimed to investigate
the hepatocellular injury in response to radiotherapy and targeting novel pathways for radioprotection. The
candidate will work with state-of-the art techniques in molecular & cell biology, cell culture, protein and
molecular biology techniques and the use of in vivo models.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a European academic degree in natural sciences (MSc or equivalent) acceptable for
matriculation as a Ph.D. student at a Swiss University. Students will have to be admitted to the Graduate
School for Cellular and Biomedical Sciences, University of Bern.
