As Manager Global CRM Personalization Interaction Management, you will be responsible to lead and deliver interactions deliverables for various personalized activities within the CRM team and across the entire organization to materialize the ambitious personalization roadmap and the underlying business case. In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Global CRM Personalization.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT


Your main duties will include the following:



  • Lead the integration of personalization in various end-consumer CRM communication (email, SMS, social, online desktop, online mobile, etc.) based on our ´mobile first´ strategy

  • Lead and newly develop interactions related personalization end-to-end processes and constantly increase the processes efficiency and personalization effectiveness.

  • Develop seamless omnichannel interaction concepts (even when consumers switch interaction channels) and create interaction processes based on consumer’s preferred interaction channels.

  • Lead the concept development for personalized interactions (i.e. what is when and how and when personalized) within CRM and across the entire organization.

  • Champion the implementation of the personalization approach in the way we reach consumers, especially towards markets (Strategic Initiative).

  • Assure that personalization tools (i.e. recommendation engine) will be integrated in the CRM interactions process, set up interaction tests and maximize the personalized interactions ROI.

  • Create the masterplan for ´one Swarovski branded newsletter´ (i.e. dynamic content/products/channels)

  • Support and share know how with various stakeholders within the entire company in case of personalization specific topics.

  • Support the implementation/optimization/maintenance of SAP Hybris Marketing

  • Assist in negotiations and collaborations with external vendors (agencies, IT tool vendors, etc.) whenever needed for CRM personalization


WHAT WE EXPECT


A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:



  • University degree in marketing or other relevant area

  • At least 5-years of professional experience in a major multinational company

  • More than 3 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Professional experience in omnichannel personalization (email campaigns personalization and/or dynamic websites and/or social advertising based on profiling)

  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing tools (i.e. google analytics)

  • Profound understanding of performance marketing KPI´s and knowledge how to drive growth

  • Profound project management skills

  • Ability to work in a virtual, matrix organization and excellent collaboration skills

  • Fluent communications skills in English and German, both written and oral
