You will be working on various deliverables such as:



  • Information gathering activities, analyzing and evaluating processes, services and tools


  • Determining required models, solutions and assisting in implementations


  • Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements


  • Supporting project management


  • Coordinating the work with various depending projects


  • Prepare and document basis for decision making on senior level


  • Stakeholder involvement and management

Your expertise:


Key Experience and Skills



  • University degree or equivalent education or


equivalent level of experience in analytical/conceptual roles in the financial industry



  • Experienced in solving and simplifying complex business process and governance topics (in the data or records management environment)


  • Experienced in process management


  • Familiar with electronic records management and archiving topics would be an advantage


  • Successfully been working in in project / change management environment



Key Capabilities:



  • Self organized, flexible to change


  • Conceptual, analytical, and combinatory skills, fast learner


  • Interested into some level of content details and capable to aggregate them into their wider context


  • Leadership and communication skills to cope with all levels in the organization


  • Self organized, client and solution oriented team player


  • Fluent in German and English, any other language welcome
