We Offer
A meaningful role to work as a Senior EAM Client Manager in our Business Area Latin America within the division International Wealth Management. The unusual chance to become a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner for the Relationship Manager, working in a small and dynamic team based in Zurich. In this role your main tasks will be:
You are responsible for day to day management of EAMs (External Asset Managers) and have the opportunity to work on complex transactions and client projects
Daily you will work close with our EAM Business Developers and serve as first point of contact for all internal client-related matters with respect to your own EAM book
You will provide an excellent service to our EAMs by acting as center of competence; servicing our clients in adherence to policies, conducting business accordingly and carrying out the rules and responsibilities
You will drive EAM & client happiness via quality & timely request execution
Ensure maintenance of holistic client view and proper execution of any matters related to the accounts (e.g credits, payments, FLDS requirements, EAM pricing implementation)
You will take over the responsibility for end client risk management
You will ensure the implementation of EAM parameters (pricing, remuneration, client outreach) and ongoing bank-wide initiatives and build positive relationships across the bank and industry The role offers an excellent opportunity and platform to take a next step in your career

Banking apprenticeship with further education or University Degree
You already bring experience in taking care of EAMs, UHNWI and/or HNWI clientele
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of work experience as RM / Client Manager or another client facing role
You love to apply your high client- and service- orientation and excellent knowledge of the processes and tools along the Credit Suisse client lifecycle
In your previous roles you have shown your high motivation as well as excellent team skills but also your ability to work in a demanding environment
You are dedicated to take responsibility and you feel comfortable to maintain the highest standards in terms of our risk and control culture and in order to meet bank's policies and obligations
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. If you also speak German, this would be a plus
