For one of our clients, an international company based in Area of Bern, we are currently looking for an Finance Specialist (f/m) with focus on controlling. You will be a part of the Finance Team and support the Frontline sales Team on all Key Account Finance related issues.

Your responsibilities

•  Being responsible for receiving from supplier and delivering invoices to accountant


• Answering relevant payment questions of suppliers and staff, and training the staff on related regulations and payment process


• Maximize dedicated Finance related KPI’s and keep on to improve the payment process efficiency and accuracy, monitoring the payment risk


•  Acknowledge and review the expense claim application employee submitted to make sure all of claimed expense meet the internal and external requirements, especially the requirements from tax authority


• Financial Document management

Your Profile

• Bachelor in finance, economic, accounting, management or relative areas


• Many years experience within a familiar position


• Experienced in a customer facing role


• Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently


• High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure


• Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization


• Fluent in English, German and Chinese ; French is a plus
