In order to strengthen the IT Team based in Neuchâtel we are recruiting a Business IT Applications Manager
Reporting directly to our IT Senior Manager, you are responsible of our IT applications team and will be the single point of contact for the key business partners in your area of responsibility. In addition, you will capture business requirements and will work with internal and external software partners to implement those requirements in existing/new business applications.
You will lead a team of 3 persons and serve as a primary point of contact to process owners and key-users and ensure successful integration of technologies within an operational group or function.
Working closely with business owners and key-users you will develop requirement specifications, test protocols, and operational documentation. You will lead assignments and projects of moderate to high complexity following company development methodology and understanding operating companies’ business processes.
In cooperation with the business partner community, you will modify existing procedures to solve complex problems or improve existing processes, research and assesse emerging technologies, innovative solutions and methodologies to foster best practices, quality and process efficiencies.
You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth migration of technologies on the production environment, you will manage knowledge transfer thru the organization, maintain and review operational procedures with business owner, key-users and support teams. You will be responsible for deliverables respect business requirements and quality standards, monitor development costs and assure business benefits are aligned with expectations.
In addition, you will monitor IT operations are aligned with defined service level, and act to facilitate communication and understanding between key-users and support teams.
