Requirements



  • Swiss bar admission



  • Good academic record (magna/summa cum laude)



  • Excellent English language skills



  • Excellent French or German language skills (depending on work location), ideally combined with strong skills in the other language



  • Analytical way of thinking



  • Strong drive and willingness to learn



  • Strong service orientation — a "client first" culture



  • Pragmatic "hands-on" problem-solving approach



  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for those relationships



  • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as individually
