Finance & Performance – Anaplan - Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager

Work you’ll do:

The Finance & Performance (F&P) practice works as a trusted advisor to CFOs and other Senior Executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization. F&P brings together four different, but highly complementary legacy practices, allowing us to go to market more effectively and bring unparalleled breadth and depth of expertise to our clients which is unmatched by our competitors today. 

• In this position, you will be part of our Forecasting & Planning Excellence team, within our Finance & Performance consulting practice. You will work in a team with experienced and highly motivated colleagues on topics that are of highest priority for companies.


• You will be a team member responsible to identify our client’s business requirements and manage client expectations. Perform functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training.


• You will work on short, dynamic proof of concepts as well as on large transformational projects.


• You will be working on the development of state of the art planning and forecasting models in Anaplan as well as creating meaningful management reporting solutions.


• You will create solution concepts and process designs with the help of modern approaches such as Design Thinking.


• You will experience an agile and collaborative working culture with  Deloitte’s specialized expert teams as for, Analytics, Predictive, Robotics.

Required:

Personal skills:

• You are a digital native, who can speak about advanced analytics and who has an interest in technology


• You can explain complex matters in an easy way and focus on the essence


• You grasp new concepts quickly and are both client and goal-oriented


• You have excellent social skills and enjoy working in a diverse environment


• You are reliable, willing to take on responsibility and happy to work independently


• Ability to manage small engagements or parts of large engagements


• Ability to collaborate within teams

Education and experience:

• A master’s degree and experience with Financial Planning


• At least 2 years of professional or consulting experience in design and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management or BI/Analytics


• Good understanding of modern planning, costing, and/or reporting processes is a plus


• Experience with Anaplan design and implementation; an Anaplan certification (model builder, solution architect or master Anaplanners) will be appreciated plus


• You communicate confidently in English. German is strongly desired. French would be an advantage


• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
