Credit Suisse’s Experienced and Campus Recruitment Teams are recruiting specialists and brand ambassadors who strategically partner with the business and cultivate positive relationships to ensure a deep understanding of our organizational structure and businesses to help identify the best talent for our business partners and the bank.
This role as a Recruiting Partner allows you to take over the end-to-end recruiting life-cycle for roles across different divisions of the bank from our campus programs through to experienced level. This includes being a trusted advisor for all recruitment related topics to Hiring Managers and Business Leaders in Western Switzerland. Advise Hiring Managers on all strategic and operational recruiting topics (recruiting process and channels, diversity strategy, interview techniques, usage of assessment tools, compensation as well as relocation packages) and assume responsibility for the identification, selection and hiring of best-fitting candidates from the internal and external market. Conduct interviews with candidates using innovative selection tools and behavioral based interview techniques. Participate in local and global recruiting projects/initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics/reports.
The Western Switzerland Recruiting team is based in Geneva and covers all the divisions in Western Switzerland. The team consists of three Recruiting Partners that work closely with colleagues locally and globally. You can expect a varied daily work routine with access to professional tools.
