The world’s fastest-growing sportswear brand is seeking a Global Training Strategy and Communication Specialist(B2B)to build and own the areas of training and communication for Sales - areas that we expect to evolve to areas which will need separate owners in the near future, yet at this point will be treated as a hybrid. Based in Zurich, and working with our globally spread team, our new Global Training Strategy and Communication Specialist(B2B) will be at the centre at how we do Sales at On, helping the internal B2B team accelerate through better training and communication - and re-think central communication with external B2B partners. 


Your Team:


You will be joining the Global Sales team which is at the heart of how we do Sales at On: Working together closely with the regional sales teams and across functions, we deliver strategies, concepts and tools to elevate the brand experience delivered through sales - with the ultimate goal of growing our brand globally. 


Your Mission:



  • Shape and own training strategy for Sales roles at On, from building the framework up to(co-)creating content; ensuring local relevance and development as the business and team continue growing. Own what we call the School of Sales

  • Be the go-to for how we do things in Sales, knowing the ins and outs of the Sales job as well as B2B partner needs; helping the Sales team accelerate through guidance and content as well as support engaging with their external partners 

  • Build out a Sales Q&A across all areas of relevance 

  • Build and execute a communication plan for internal B2B communication; own internal B2B Sales newsletters covering all things Sales 

  • Own ad-hoc communication to external B2B partners, and starting here - in strong collaboration with the regional Sales teams -  build out more frequent and automated external B2B communication 


Your Story:



  • 2-3 years of experience in Training(strategies) and Communication in a B2B environment, preferably fused with experience in Direct Sales or Sales Engagement 

  • You understand wholesale as a channel that is not limited to physical wholesale, the opposite is the case and you come with a strong digital background and know how to think omni-channel

  • You know how to master training and communication: from planning over content creation up to tracking success 

  • You understand the needs and challenges of B2B Sales of physical goods, when solving problems and offering guidance you take a holistic perspective as well as paying attention to detail and getting things done

  • Very strong communicator and relationship builder, compassionate with diverse internal and external stakeholders and confident and experienced communicating to a wide diverse audience(both in speaking and in writing). Asked to speak in front of large groups and help out hosting training sessions won’t catch you off-guard

  • Fully fluent in English(speaking and writing), with experience in copywriting and editing for business communications.Fluency in German or French is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and email marketing tools is an advantage
