Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

Our brand new E-Manor team is launching a marketplace as part of its digital commerce strategy and is now looking for a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer who will help us improve and optimize leading manor.ch to be a state-of-the-art eCommerce platform.

• You will translate roadmap features into well-defined requirements including user stories, and acceptance test criteria


• You will contribute to the planning of development activities (projects, epics, etc.)


• You will develop and maintain appropriate documentation up to date


• You will define, improve and document the requirements engineering practices and processes


• You will partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to share requirements engineering related knowledge


• You will facilitate understanding and agreement among the stakeholders of the system characteristics, its context, its usage, and the goals of its users


• You will work in an Agile environment and continuously align the business needs

• You have a BS / BA degree in Business Information Technology or Business Administration


• You can prove 2-3 years of experience in a similar position


• You have an established background in digital software services in partnership with development teams


• You are proficient with requirements and specifications


• You can prove proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


• You have experience with Acceptance Testing


• You have experience with Hybris or other eCommerce systems


• You are familiar with website analysis using analytics tools including Google Analytics


• You are fluent in English AND German, French is a plus
