During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the Global Operational Excellence Team and their lean initiative BOB. Among other responsibilities, this is accountable for implementing a global lean transformation along with establishing a lean culture.

Your tasks:
Assistance in setting up a lean training center at the Schaffhausen site
Create video nuggets, write blogs, update online platforms
Acquainted with videos for the creative production of training materials in terms of video and audio recording, cutting, publishing
Design and establishment of an innovative, digital working and training environment
Strong sense for visual trends and fun working in agile, interdisciplinary teams
Updating, improving, and developing implementing plans how to update the day-to-day business with the support of advanced technology
Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or currently enrolled in a degree program in media engineering, media design, media and communication management, interactive media, or similar studies
Confident with new technology and eager to develop further skills through tech sourcing
Familiar with social media platforms, blogs, and websites
Interested in innovations and new technology –eager to become a device specialist
Organized to work independently and responsible towards individual or team objectives
Communicative, flexible, open-minded, and a proactive team player with a high commitment
The first experience with drones or a drone pilot license is a bonus
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills through design thinking and agile methodologies integrate, technical, perspectives into the development of future solution
