Ready for Swisscom

In this role, you are responsible for implementing Smart ICT infrastructure projects for our SMI/SME clients. You are also involved in continually improving our processes.

You work as part of a versatile, dynamic team of cloud IT and telecoms experts. Drawing on our wide-ranging expertise, the team does everything it can to design and implement solutions that are tailored to the client's needs to the full satisfaction of everyone involved.

Joining our team of Technical Implementation Managers (TIM), you are responsible for managing our clients' Smart ICT projects and coordinate the activities of our internal teams' (e.g. DevOps, Sales) and external IT partners. You are also responsible for maintaining Swisscom's image and reputation for excellent service among our clients and partners, for which we rely on your superb listening and relationship management skills.

Your professional profile

• Diploma (FCC) in IT or equivalent


• Expertise in project management; good working knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365

• Experience with MS Azure


• Good understanding of ITIL practices
