QAT is a team located globally, responsible for modelling complex financial instruments within Credit Suisse. Those models are used daily by traders for pricing potential transactions, risk teams to evaluate existing positions and IT systems to manage and fulfil various back-office responsibilities.
Our QAT Academy Program is a 2-year rotation program, running in our Zurich office. The program is open to PhD or Masters graduates in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research and Quantitative Finance. The program offers a unique training opportunity and valuable hands-on experience in the areas of quantitative finance within the banking industry.
The QAT Academy Program consists of 2 (12 months) or 3 (8 months) assignments in different quantitative areas. Team members will have an outstanding opportunity to acquire both financial and technical skills through a combination of on-the-job learning, business focused projects, and in-house training run by the Quantitative Analysis and Technology Group. At the end of the assignments, the candidates will be able to present the results of their individual projects to the senior management.
You will join the team bringing together specialists who create, unify and improve quant processes within the bank. As a member of this multifaceted and innovative team you will work closely with risk managers, model developers and software engineers and business management delivering strategic solutions.
