Junior Platform Manager Liquid Alternatives

Your field of responsibility

 

Join us in a varied, exciting and attractive role within the Investment Solutions & Products Liquid Alternatives team, in our growing Sustainability, Research & Investment Solutions (SRI) division located in Zurich. You will participate and contribute to projects managed by our Platform Management group, aiming to enhance our delivery and management of alternative investment solutions. You will become proficient in the systems (e.g. portfolio management, reporting, etc.) used by the team and show an ability to maintain and enhance them using your programming skills. You will also be responsible for several processes that are handled by our group. This will require handling communication with internal and external stakeholders and application providers. Through such a position you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge in hedge funds and alternative products as well as related services with great exposure to all areas of our growing business.

Your skills and experience

 

We value versatility and are open to different backgrounds. In order to succeed in this role, the suitable candidate has solid programing skills and SQL knowledge, to round up your profile you have:



  • Interest in Alternative Investments such as Hedge Funds, first work experience in this field would be an advantage

  • Preliminary experience in project management

  • VBA and database expertise (e.g. set up of SQL server, MS Office VBA)

  • A winning proactive and curious personality, flexible with strong prioritization skills and able to work under pressure

  • Fluency in English oral and written is a must, any additional languages are a plus

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
