Your field of responsibility

 

Join us in an IT requirements engineering role to deliver high quality custody services for Securities Corporate Actions, Income and Redemptions. In this role, you are responsible for the transformation of business requirements into valuable end-to-end IT Business services. In an agile application software environment you will identify, document, model, test, coordinate, manage and support high quality software requirements. You provide functional and IT related expertise covering all aspects of requirements engineering and you will find a platform to build up and expand your knowledge in Securities Operation and Engineering disciplines.

Embedded in the COO Division of Credit Suisse, our function is one of the key pillars of Group Operations Solutions. The Function 'Corporate Actions, Income & Redemptions (CAIR)' provides high quality announcement, notification, and processing services for all corporate action, proxy, dividend, and interest events for the bank and its clients. Your skills and experience

 

We are looking for:



  • Graduate degree or higher education in Economics, Computer Science or equivalent 

  • 2+ years’ experience in requirements engineering and/or securities operations. Knowledge of the solution delivery process 

  • Modeling skills using UML with tools, e.g. Enterprise Architect. Object oriented programming skills is an advantage. High ability to think abstractly and learn from experience.

  • No reservations to jump into new development opportunities and open minded to join our DevOps journey. 

  • You are a result-orientated team player with a pragmatic approach and good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Open personality with a “Yes, I can do” attitude

  • Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies (required), scripting tools and automation, automated software deployment for Enterprises such as Marimba (preferred) 

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
