Job description


We are looking for a highly energetic, experienced and focused individual to provide leadership and to develop growth and opportunity for our Industry platform hosted in Venice McKinsey Innovation center and to lead our overall Supply Chain GTM & Strategy for our EMEA Alliances organization.


This job will report to the EMEA Alliances Strategy and Demand Generation Director.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the ERP & SCM project in collaboration with McKinsey, Local partner, Oracle Sales engineering team and Industry solutions teams

  • Ideate a business development and a customer engagement strategy that inspire sales prospects and leverage the Installations on site and virtually in Italy and across Europe.

  • Follow up and monitor Opportunities & Leads created after DCC visits

  • Develop and manage business development activities with McKinsey to reinforce our partnership.

  • Maintain constant link with Product Development & Industry teams to ensure the installations are up to date and include our latest innovations. Coordinate enablement of McKinsey and local partners on the innovations

  • Present and articulate benefits of our solutions (ERP & SCM) in the context of the Innovation center ‘s installations and demos

  • Increase visibility of the McKinsey DCC initiative within Oracle and evaluate expansions capabilities in other McK DCCs in the world

  • Provide SCM and Industry thought leadership to prospect and clients in the context of McKinsey DCC

  • Develop GTM and Initiatives with our Strategic partners around our Supply chain solution to drive incremental pipeline

  • Work with Alliances Marketing & ERP Business development Team and Country Alliances Managers  to ensure proper execution and follow up of leads.

  • Participate to  EMEA ERP leadership meeting  to represent Alliances


 


 


Qualifications:


 



  • Strong understanding of ERP/SCM SaaS applications.

  • At least 10 yrs of business development and/or sales experience of SCM / industry 4.0 cloud solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing industries (Discrete manufacturing as a must)

  • Experience in managing and interacting with C-Level audience

  • Experience in managing Global virtual teams

  • Project Management & Presales Skills

  • Strong appetite around solutions & Innovations and partner ecosystem

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English and Italian. Other languages are a plus.

  • Experience in Digital Experience, Design Thinking, Customer Journey mapping is a plus.

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.


 


 


 

 

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

 Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.



Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.



Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
