As our Paid Social & Programmatic specialist, you’ll be allowed to manage, plan, develop, implement and optimize a variety of our social media and programmatic campaigns across ad platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, DV360, or Teads Ads Manager.


Job Purpose


Reporting into Decathlon E-commerce Traffic leader and forming part of our growing E-Commerce Team structure, your role will be to set up campaigns, optimize and report on social and programmatic campaigns with various objectives going from awareness to conversion. 


This is a fantastic chance to lead all operational aspects of digital advertising; managing budget, campaigns and driving performance on our e-commerce and stores business.


Job Accountabilities



  • Day to day execution, management, and optimization of Paid Social media and Programmatic campaigns.


  • Run different types of campaigns (Awareness, Traffic, Conversion, Retargeting, Drive to store).


  • Managing performance against budgets and targets provided.


  • Driving sales and new customer acquisition efficiently.


  • Providing input to the traffic team to develop a push marketing strategy.


  • Providing weekly and monthly performance updates against targets, making optimization recommendations to the team.


  • Work closely with digital sports leaders and stores to support their business operations



Profil de candidat recherché :


Job Qualifications



  • Sports passionate!


  • Fluent in French, German would be a strong advantage


  • At least 2 years experience in a hands-on operational Paid Social and/or Programmatic role either in-house or agency.


  • Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and/or DV360


  • Experience in e-commerce account management


  • Good understanding of Google Analytics


  • Data-driven mindset


  • Passionate about digital advertising


  • Facebook BluePrint Certified (preferred but not required)


  • Google Display & Video 360 certified (preferred but not required)
