In this role you will be part of the Supply Chain Team team in which you will be in charge of end to end import and export logistics.
Responsibilities
Customer shipments including services such as licenses
In direct relation with our logistics partners, you will manage shipments to our worldwide Customers including drones bundles and spares
Organize and track recurrent and special deliveries from our partners, coordinate the shipment between our partners, shipment for repair from Customers
Control and account assignment of freight invoices
Continuous improvement of import / export process in alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Support teams and Logistic partners
Negotiation and cost reduction of import / export freights
Support the fulfilment team to prepare the shipments to our Customers for on-time and quality delivery
Support the supply chain team in performing the inventory management
Point of contact directly with Customers or with Sales team for ensuring customer shipments, analyse issues and contribute to the global customer satisfaction KPI
Deputy to Purchasing colleagues for replenishment of recurrent material
Maintain a network with experts in the industry and contacts such as the Chamber of Commerce
Report to Head of Supply Chain on regular basis and inform about risks and opportunities in the daily tasks management
Document and archive of import and export papers and ensure compliance
Requirements
4+ years of experience in import / export
Import / Export degree or relevant hands-on experience
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Export knowledge with USA, South America, Africa, Asia
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo)
Sea freight and air freight knowledge
Customer satisfaction oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good synthesis reporting
Ability to work independently
Solution-oriented, able to organize deliveries even under pressure (short time requirement) while managing priorities with different stakeholders
Excellent fluency in German (C1) and English (C1), any other language a plus
Honest, humble, and self-motivated
