Mission Statement: 


6-month internship. Join our Finance Team and support the Business Controlling Manager as well as other team members to provide key business analysis to support strategy and production of financial statements.


Main responsibilities:



  • Participate in preparing the budget process and forecast elaboration (budget, re-forecast, Strategic plan

  • Produce monthly and quarterly reporting for the management team, commenting key variances

  • Propose corrective plans and implement appropriate solutions to achieve objectives

  • Follow up strategy implementation with relevant KPIs

  • Follow-up price implementation, sales conditions, Funds to the Trade investments and A&P budgets

  • Provide Moët Hennessy and the Maisons with quantitative and qualitative reporting according to calendar

  • Provide support to the different departments of the company (Marketing, Sales, Operations) with necessary information to help decision-making process

  • Improving controlling capabilities and efficiency of processes

  • Support Finance Reporting as well as Accounting teams with any ad-hoc request

  • Comply with internal procedures and help improving internal control practices 


 


Profil


Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree


 


Languages: French, English, German would be a plus


Professional experience & know how:  Ideally 1 - 2 years of prior work experience in a financial department. Solid information systems knowledge (SAP, Hyperion, decisional tools).


 


Technical & management skills: Knowledge in accounting, accurate and analytical style, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based platforms


 


Personal & interpersonal skills: business focus, priority setting, building affective teams, action oriented, drive for results, business acumen, integrity and trust, learning on the fly, motivating others, commitment, respect of deadlines, strong capacities of analysis / synthesis, good written / oral expression.
