Technical Maintenance Scheduler - Pharmaceutical Production

The Maintenance scheduler establishes and negotiates schedules for technical activities on maintenance equipment and shutdown for (Process, Calibration or Utilities). Technical activities include planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, calibration, validation, and plant engineering activities. He/she is ensuring the compliance to the maintenance excellence process and focus on ensuring that the due dates are kept consistent and realistic working on both the gatekeeping step and the scheduling steps.

Erfahrungen
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and/or scheduling; Relevant experience in the industry for at least 5 years; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; he/she always delivers win-win arrangements with stakeholders having diverging priorities; Reliable team player and able to work with multiple departments at different level of the organization (engineering, quality assurance, EHS); GMP experience is a plus; Expertise in MS project, Excel, and other Scheduling tools is of strong advantage.
